Refund policy

We take pride in knowing you are a happy customer. Our boxes come with a 7 day hassle-free return. If you’re not happy, send it back to us (you will need to pay the forward and return shipping).

So long as the shipping is within the 7 day window and we receive the product in good order (meaning it’s not damaged, or unable to be re-used), we will refund you immediately.

If the product is faulty or incorrectly delivered.

We take extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. However, if for any reason you find that one of our products is faulty, or we have not delivered what you ordered, let us know immediately and we’ll be able to either send you a refund or send you a new product. All claims for faulty or incorrectly delivered items must be received within 7 days of receiving the product.

We do not accept Return/ Exchange request for order values below Rs. 2000..

Simply raise a query from the “Contact us” page or write us on WhatsApp. Please detail the damages and attach photographs accordingly.

All online purchases claimed as faulty will need to be sent back to The Elite Box Company head warehouse for an official assessment by our product development team.

We’ll then check and issue the refund immediately.

Do note:

Time period for Refunds/ Replacement.

Once your goods have been received by The Elite Box Company, please allow up to 5-7 working days for your request to be processed and we’ll immediately inform you by mail when your refund/ replacement is approved from our side.
